MOU Procedures
Prior to kicking off your Book Club, we will create an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) to outline what PBC Guru will provide, the cost of service, and the terms and conditions of your program. Both parties will sign the agreement, and then we will move forward with launching the club. Please feel free to reach out to finance@perlearning.com with any questions.
Invoicing Procedures
When your Book Club kicks off, we will invoice you for your first year of service. The invoice will come from finance@perlearning, and you can pay through ACH as well as with physical checks. We will be happy to work with you to fill out any new vendor paperwork required to set PBC Guru up as a vendor in your system. In future years, your invoice will come a few weeks before the next renewal period. Most MoUs will list a set price for a specific term (one to three years), and prices are subject to change after that period.
