Engagement Data Overview
PBC Guru aims to provide engagement data that helps you understand how your book club members are engaging, as well as how to improve your reach and program engagement.
Our team is always developing, brainstorming, and reviewing the information we collect and monitor to aid in engagement reporting. Over the years, based on client feedback, we have added an Admin Dashboard for direct access to high-level data and forum admin privileges to access back-end data. We seriously consider client feedback alongside our internal discussions, so please let your Book Club Operations Manager know if there is information you wish you had access to but currently do not. They will likely not be able to unilaterally mine data for you, but they can coordinate with the Book Club Team to add requests to our enhancement queue.
Your Admin Dashboard and Forum Analytics Panel
All book club admins have access to two data hubs: the Admin Dashboard (pbc.guru/admin) and the forum’s analytics panel (https://[insert unique URL].pbc.guru/admin).
